“ Shanghai cuisine isnt something I frequently indulge in, so I wont pretend to be an expert on its authenticity. However, what I can confidently declare is that the food here was absolutely delicious! Peanut Port Feet Soup. This dish was a revelation! The soup was incredibly flavorful and had a unique nutty richness that was both comforting and satisfying. The addition of port feet added a delightful texture and depth to the soup, making it a musttry. The StirFried Pork Kidneys and Liver were equally impressive. The dish was skillfully prepared, and the flavors were wellbalanced. The pork kidneys and liver were cooked to perfection tender and succulent, without a hint of overcooking. The seasoning was spot on, making every bite a delightful experience. Pair it with some steamed rice, and youre in for a treat! Braised Eels with Bamboo Shoots was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The eels were tender, and the bamboo shoots added a nice crunch, creating a harmonious dish that paired wonderfully with rice. The ambiance at The Bund 8 was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and provide recommendations. ”

“ Pretty good dim sum food with excellent service by a very friendly gentlemen that works here. Its actually a pretty small restaurant but it wasnt packed because we came early. Also there isnt anyone pushing food carts but instead you check mark the item you want to order on the paper menu. That way you get freshly made dim sum hot and fresh to you. ”
